Delete Your Vendor Account

This page explains how to delete your Eleplasht Vendor (seller) account, operated by JUNK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, and what happens to your data.

Delete from the Vendor app or vendor website

1. Open the Eleplasht Vendor app or vendor website and sign in with your registered mobile number (OTP).
2. Go to Menu → Overview → Delete Account (also linked at the bottom of Shop Profile).
3. Type DELETE, confirm, and verify the OTP sent to your mobile.

Can't sign in?

Email support@eleplasht.com or call +91 9720805020 from your registered mobile number with the subject “Delete my vendor account” and your shop name, or use the Contact Us form. We process requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Shop name, owner name, mobile number, email and shop address
• Shop photos and logo
• GST and PAN numbers, KYC documents (GST, PAN, Aadhaar, cheque)
• Bank account and UPI details
• Notifications

What is kept

• Purchase orders, invoices, sales and payment records, in anonymised form (no longer linked to you), kept as required by tax and accounting law (up to 8 years).

Vendor accounts can be deleted once purchase orders in progress are delivered or cancelled, and wallet balance, payout requests and cash dues are settled.
