Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Eleplasht account (operated by JUNK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED) and what happens to your data.

Delete from the app or website

1. Open the Eleplasht app or website and sign in with your mobile number (OTP).
2. Go to Account → Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE, confirm, and verify the OTP sent to your mobile.

Sign in & delete my account

Can't sign in?

Email support@eleplasht.com or call +91 9720805020 from your registered mobile number with the subject “Delete my account”, or use the Contact Us form. We process requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Name, email, mobile number, profile photo, gender and date of birth
• Saved addresses, cart, wishlist, recently viewed items and notifications
• Wallet balance and reward points

What is kept

• Order and invoice records, in anonymised form (no longer linked to you), kept as required by tax and accounting law (up to 8 years).

Accounts with active orders or open return requests can be deleted once those are completed.
